Co-founded in 2014 by Ankur Agarwal and Parasharan Chari in Ahmedabad, Medkart was built to fix India's medicine pricing problem. We sell WHO-GMP certified generic medicines — the same active ingredients as branded drugs — at up to 85% lower prices.
Only 1% of doctors in India prescribe generics. In the USA, it's 85%. We exist to close that gap — through education, access and trust.
